Yes. Use Build a Quote when the products are already in the catalogue, or email a clear building plan, BOQ or material list to quotes@acehardware.co.za. Include your project location, required quantities and contact details. Our team will review the request and confirm what can be quoted. Final quantities and specifications remain the customer’s or appointed professional’s responsibility.

Building materials, bulky products, heavy items and mixed project orders should go through Build a Quote, where Ace confirms stock, quantities, fulfilment and any delivery requirements before issuing the final quotation.

Yes. Delivery within Burgersfort is free, with no minimum order and no product exclusions. Deliveries are scheduled, so please confirm stock and the delivery date with our team.

Qualifying orders of R5,000 or more can receive free scheduled delivery to selected areas within 20 km of Burgersfort. Cement and water tanks are excluded from this offer. Route availability and the delivery date must be confirmed with our team.

These products can be delivered where the vehicle, load, access and route allow. Cement and water tanks do not qualify for the R5,000 free scheduled-delivery offer. Bricks and Ace hollow blocks are not excluded from that offer. Other delivery charges may apply depending on the order and location.

Quoted truck delivery may be available for bulky or mixed orders, depending on location, vehicle capacity, access and schedule. Send your location and complete product list for assessment. Free scheduled-route delivery is limited to qualifying areas within 20 km.

Products shown in Shop Online are the items classified for online purchase and courier or collection. Courier availability and the live rate are confirmed during checkout after the required delivery address is entered. Building materials and other bulky or heavy products are handled through Build a Quote instead.

Collection may be arranged from the Tarfam Plaza or Mashifane Park branch, depending on where the stock is held. Confirm the branch and collection readiness before travelling.

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, EFT and PayFast where applicable. Orders paid by EFT are processed after the payment has been verified. Available methods may differ between in-store and online purchases.
